The day is almost here...the Indian Removal Act Debate is scheduled for tomorrow.
In order to be best prepared, I highly recommend you do a final check in with your group. Make sure everyone is ready to go, and is comfortable with what they are required to do. Remember, this debate requires a strong team effort.
In addition, make sure you have completed the following checklist by class:
1. Completed your final version of the Opening, Q/As, and Closing (draft, to be revised on Thurs PM)
2. Created a character by completing the Role Sheet from Yesterday
3. Create a name card (with your character's role)
4. PRACTICE!!!! (...being passionate, speaking slowly, loudly, and clearly. no "ums", "likes", etc, making eye contact)
5. COME TO CLASS AS YOUR CHARACTER! Walk in to the room as a proud member of your group.
If anyone in your group has been absent, please reach out to them. This will help not only them, but you, too!!
