Tonight's HW is to create a cartoon strip explaining the issue we've been discussing (whether or not the US should take a position in the war between England and France) and what Washington decided to do (and ideally why). -- DUE TOMORROW, FRIDAY
Only requirements:
1) on blank, unlined paper
2) drawn neatly with effort
