1. You have your creative projects due on Thurs 6/6. For some prompts, consider looking at pgs39-40 in the FHAO packet. Please make sure your explanatory paragraph is specific and helps the reader understand the meaning behind your project.
2. You need to get a parent permission slip signed for the watching of Schindler's List, pg 74 in the FHAO packet. Please let me know if you have questions and/or have your parents or guardians contact me with any questions.
3. Rena Finder will be coming tomorrow to talk to us about her experiences during the Holocaust. We are extraordinarily lucky to have her come to speak with us and I hope you come ready to be an active and engaged listener.
4. If you were not here today, we watched Confessions of a Hitler Youth, a documentary about Alfons Heck and the rise of the youth in Nazi Germany. We watched the first 20 minutes of the film and it can be found here.

The first video we watched was a clip from Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, specifically 35:00-43:00, where we looked at Hitler speaking style. We focused on the emotions that people felt after listening to him and watching him speak.
