You need to create a cartoon that shows a) problem US faced and b) G. Washington's decision. You can draw, print out pictures, use a comic strip creator website...just show that understand the problem AND the solution. Be specific so I know you understand.
If you have time to kill and want to play around with a new comic website I found, check out this link. BE WARNED: You can end up spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME on the details of the visual and miss the point of the assignment, so be careful in choosing to use this type of website.
I care more about quality of the content than the glitz and glamour of a comic visual.
