Complete Social Studies Survey

You need to fill out a Wellesley Middle School Social Studies Survey that ALL 8th grade students are required to complete. This should take you less than 10 minutes. Please answer truthfully and thoughtfully.

Again, please make sure you complete this by tomorrow.  If you need to find a computer with internet, please consider the WMS Library or you can come here before or after school and use my computer.

If you have an issue with the internet, I need a note from a parent/guardian explaining that you were unable to complete the survey AND I will need you to come before/after school on Wed to complete it. It should take about 10 minutes to do.
